She is currently studying functional medicine and working toward certification as a Functional Medicine Health Coach, with a focus on addressing root causes rather than masking symptoms. Through her hands-on work, she helps restore balance within the body, supporting its natural ability to heal and thrive. As a mother, her standards for what she uses and recommends are especially high, influencing her dedication to clean, toxin-free living.

Misty Galloway is a business owner and author with a strong foundation in research-driven health and wellness. She holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition and is PhD in Health Education and Promotion, with a focus on behavioral health. Misty’s work centers on helping individuals create sustainable, realistic lifestyle changes that support long-term physical and mental well-being. As a mother, she is mindful of how everyday choices, especially those related to health, can have lasting impact, which further informs her commitment to safe, effective products.
